					<description><![CDATA[Cute baby birds! I haven&#039;t been very good about keeping my eyes open for them this year. Everything just seemed to move into summer so quickly that I never saw any nests or babies! Usually I am always aware; guess I just got sidetracked.&lt;br /&gt;I don&#039;t grow spinach but I enjoyed your experiment and results. I have never thought about freezing spinach but I suppose most things that are &#039;fresh&#039; can be frozen. Hope you get to enjoy it for a few more months! I&#039;m still waiting on my tomatos, the only veggie I grow. Have a nice 4th of July!]]></description>

As for spinach...I loved doing the &#039;grow off&#039; and hope it helps someone save money on gardening. Really, gardening doesn&#039;t have to be expensive!
