I’m delighted to be in such great company sharing carrot recipes this week. My CSA farmers have done amazing things with their soil, and you can tell by looking at the carrots over the years. From tiny gnarled Carrot Pants to the gorgeous rustic roasted carrots, I’m totally spoiled. I look forward to making some carrot slaw this season!
